He came to PLAY against great players, in his own words. Did you really expect him to transfer?" Goodwin seems all but gone but I really think we could use him next season.

April 2, 201313 yr With Goodwin gone, I think this more or less says we will either get Wiggins or Hawkins next year. Wiggins, while he is a SF, can play at one of the guard spots if need be based on his ball handling abilities. I don't think we get Gordon at this point unless Poythress declares and even that that is doubtful.
April 2, 201313 yr Why would he admit that he considered leaving if he was staying? Would be a poor PR move. Not saying he was or wasn't, but his statement shouldn't be taken as a true admission that he never thought about leaving. He didn't have to address it at all, did he?
