^Supposed to be re-opening under new management from what I've heard.

 

Supposedly all the employees have found new jobs, so I was told that if it does reopen, it will be very different…

Seriously considering going to Findlay Market on Sunday. We liked the places we hit there last year. Any changes? Strong recommendations?

Inside there is a stand that sells gyros. They're pretty good. Also a gelato stand for the sweet tooth.

There is a bread shop (I forget what it's called, but it's very close to Taste of Belgium inside). Get the pretzel bread, and tell them that you're willing to wait to get it fresh out of the oven. Trust me, it's worth it.

If the folks from Velvet Smoke have their stand there, get the brisket. It's melt-in-your-mouth incredible.

For one night only, Knuk-N-Futz rocked "Tasty Tuesday" at Pride Park in Taylor Mill last night by selling their wings and boneless chicken. Wow, we sure miss them. Food a lot better than the big places. Good to see the regular workers again serving from the shelterhouse. Long lines but worth it. The Recorder was there writing a story and taking quotes. Don't know when they will be back for good in their restaurant. It is still a long way off.

They did the same thing about 3 weeks ago. I talked to one of the waitresses and she said mid-late August was their expected reopening. :idunno:

Not a fan of the Knuk-N=Futz food. Just simple bar food to me, their wings are the Buffalo Wings and Rings recipe. That said, I do like the atmosphere, lots of fun.
