Honestly, try Frank Family Vineyard Pinot Noir! It costs about $35 a bottle. I bought it at DEP's in Ft. Thomas.

Had lunch at A Tavola yesterday pizza was tasty. Fried eggplant slider was outstanding.

Had lunch at Sis family resturant on Monmouth street in Newport today. Had the Caesar chicken wrap. Outstanding.

Great place to have a beer and see some old friends, but every time I have eaten there the food has been awful and the service has sucked.

I mentioned going to A Tavola Saturday afternoon. I really like what they've done with that area on Vine. Lots of places I'd like to check out and many of them were packed at 1:30. We had been to Washington Park earlier. Nice day in Cincinnati.

Food was good. We had Jamaican Jerk wings. Service was decent, but there was only a handful of people in the place.

Had breakfast with daughter this morning at Mokka in Newport.

It's very cool, but a lot of people are still reluctant to go there because of the last 10-15 years...

Sidebar in Covington has closed down. Apparently the landlord tried to increase the rent and the tenant/owner of the restaurant said no thanks.

^Supposed to be re-opening under new management from what I've heard.
