Wasn't there some sort of deal where there will be a bunch of provisional ballots cast in Ohio because of some deal where they had a ballot mailed to them? It really is getting out of hand what is going on with elections in this country.

Depends on what they're being told.

 

IF they're being told "Don't worry. Just fill this out and you won't have to to the other poll" then that's a problem.

 

Sometimes I think the errors at the polls are caused by the actual workers. They don't seem like the most well-trained bunch.

 

Agreed on the bolded. IF they were told it was okay why is it voter suppression and not a mistake? Call me skeptical on the whole voter suppression thing.

 

These "suppression" stories seem more like excuses for some. If you feel suppressed, if you think you are suppressed, then you ARE, regardless of anyone's actions. If you voted, you're not.

All I did was copy and paste the link. I didn't add any words to it. So THEY clearly left off the word "POSSIBLE" and clearly THEIR article said "POSSIBLE"!

^Not a problem in Maysville, either. Wife, daughter and I all voted a little while ago. Did not have to produce ID.

Just talked to son; took him 40 minutes to vote in Cambridge (Mass).

 

Mass is generally a progressive state, but he was quick to point out that the Romney/Ryan ticket was DOA there. After all, they knew the nominee pretty well.

He's not black, he's Purple. Sheesh.

Not me ... I assume someone who is strongly Catholic is pro-R, with the RTL factor. I am surprised when a strong Catholic is pro-D.

They made me show ID to vote, just like they do every year.

Voted. No lines and no ID needed. I also woke up in a nice warm house and am not hungry. However, my reality isn't everyone else's reality.
