Bad draw IMO. It's a travesty to see the top 2 teams who have clearly been top 2 all year on the same side of a bracket. The championship will be a blowout.

I agree. But the way the system is designed to have the districts alternate picks from year to year, it doesn't also give the top teams the best draw.

What pick did Harrison County have this year? It had to be either #1 or #2.

The districts only don't have their picks of teams just who draws first. The four winners are placed in the bracket first and want ever district it is to pick first, draws position 1,3,5 or 7. Then the losers draw to get placed in the bracket.

The draw is totally random except teams in same district are on opposite sides of bracket and can't meet until finals. All 4 of the district winners have 3 teams they could possibly play on a random draw. There is no advantage in the draw for any of the district winners. . You pick eligible spots in the bracket. Campbell was gonna play either Bracken or Nicholas or Paris. Clark was gonna play either Bracken or Nicholas or Scott. There is no one to blame the final bracket layout on except the fate of randomness.
