Jumper_Dad
Just saw some videos today from Cumberland Falls, the water is so high the falls only look like they are about 10-15 feet high. Corps of Engineers announced that they would be lowering the water level on Lake Cumberland this weekend to be able to hold the run off from the mountains. Wolf Creek Dam was going to release water for a prolonged length of time this weekend.
nWo
Sunday evening update: Some could see some wintry precipitation by early Monday morning. This could cause some slick and hazardous road conditions for travelers. Snow to snow showers looks to be from the I-64 corridor northward. Possible accumulations of 1-2" could be possible for some in NEKY. South of I-64 some could receive some light freezing rain. The Louisville area could receive .01-.05" of freezing rain accumulations. The heaviest freezing rain accumulations look to be in SEKY where they could get .01-.15". Even if there are very light accumulations this could cause some hazardous road conditions. So everyone take care when out driving early in the morning. The wintry precipitation should happen after midnight and be ending by early Monday morning. Accumulation maps Snow Freezing Rain
