article 2015-16 10th Region Rankings Week 6

1.Mason County (14-2):

The Lady Royals were dealt their 2^nd loss on the season last week as they fell to Holmes 54-51. The loss ended Mason County’s 4 game win streak but the Lady Royals bounced back with a win over George Rogers Clark 49-42 to remain as the #1 in this week’s 10^th Region Rankings.

2. Campbell County (10-4):

After starting the season 8-1 the Lady Camels have since lost 3 of their last 5 games. Campbell County will head to Dixie Heights tonight before returning home to host Covington Scott on Saturday.

3.Scott (9-6):

Scott Lady Eagles have been rugged here lately going 4-4 in their last 8 games, one of those wins came against region opponent, Harrison County. Scott will travel to #2 Campbell County on Saturday for a big showdown with the Lady Camels.

4.Bracken County (8-5):

The Lady Bears have put a winning streak together as they’ve won 3 straight, two of those wins have been lopsided wins at 71-30ish’s, will the Lady Bears make it a 3^rd game at that margin?

5.George Rogers Clark (7-6):

Started off the season great, winning their first 4 games but have since took a wrong turn and went in the wrong direction and have won 3 of their last 9 games heading into their district game with Montgomery County.

6.Nicholas County (8-5):

Nicholas County started the season off on a 3 game skid streak but have won 8 of their last 10 games with 3 of those wins coming in their current win streak.

7.Bishop Brossart (7-8):

3 of the Lady Stangs’ 7 wins are against region opponents (Calvary Christian, Bourbon County and Robertson County). Outside of those 3 wins, Bishop Brossart struggles to keep their record a float.

8.Harrison County (7-10):

Lady Thorobreds have won 3 straight and 4 of their last 5 games. Harrison County will host Mason County tonight and Bourbon County on Friday.

9.Pendleton County (6-7):

Lady Wildcats won 3 straight to bring in the new year but have since lost 2 straight. Pendleton County will host Bourbon County on Thursday night.

10.Montgomery County (4-12):

Once a powerhouse in the 10^th, Montgomery County has taken several big steps backwards and have fallen deep in the 10^th region. Montgomery County has just won 4 games this year and is on a 5 game losing streak.

11.Bourbon County (6-10):

Lady Colonels ended their 3 game losing streak with a 60-55 win over Grant County.

12.Paris (5-7):

The Lady Greyhounds are 5-7 but it’s an odd 5-7 as they will win a game but turn around and lose a game and have it on repeat.

13.St. Patrick (6-11):

St. Patrick looks to end a 5 game losing streak Friday as they host Paris.

14.Calvary Christian (5-7):

Calvary has yet to put a 3 game win streak together.

15.Augusta (4-12):

Augusta Lady Panthers will look to upend the Lady Bearcats of Bracken County this week.

16.Robertson County (1-12):

Robertson County is looking to end their 10 game losing streak and pick up their 2^nd win on the season.

17.Silver Grove (0-8):

Lady Trains are still looking for win #1 this season.

Combined record of 107-132 for the 10th girls.
