I know one thing, they will realize you don't need "state of the art equipment and facilites" to be champions. Yeah, they have a synthetic surface, but that's it. Oh yeah, a newly painted trainers room but now I'm just bragging. Seriously, this is great for another program to watch and learn from HHS. They must be doing something right to be doing so. Won't be any immediate impact, but maybe lay the proper foundation.

Wow, from the looks of a couple post, some people may be getting on others nerves in Colonel land. Maybe they are getting tired of the stuff everybody else is. Was at the game and watched a game between two teams play about as good as they could. Other than a few walks and questionable decisions, game could have been a different story. But it's not. Colonels and Bluebirds having a year really expected of both.

HHS will struggle. It only makes sense. The freshman team will be made up of about 6 or 7 7th and 6th graders each and a few freshman. The best freshman will be JV. They just don't have the numbers yet. It will take a few years, but hopefully kids and parents realize that and don't get discouraged. They do have some talented kids, but they are young!!! Give it time people and it will pay off.
