I think that at Beechwood (cant speak for other schools) the coaches puts lots of pressure and demands on the kids. I feel like the parents are okay with this; however, they MAY feel, that if you are going to do this to my teenager, well then there will be pressure on you to win. Just my opinion.

The graduating class from 3 or 4 years ago had a ton of kids from boone. many more from cresent springs. I would say they had at least 10 or more tuition students.

I think cooper wins this one but you just don't know. Cooper hasn't won in over a week and seem to be 'tired' to me. They either need a kick in the pants or a few days off. I'm not sure which!

I don't think HC can handle BW. They have never beat them, as far as I know. Even the year HC won AA sate championship, they were destroyed by BW. Beechwood wins this one!

I thought the game started at noon. Got there in middle of 3rd quarter and they still wanted to charge 8 bucks to get in. Who does that in middle of 3rd qtr? Shameful!

I was at the game. In a nutshell, Cooper needs to regroup and get back to work! They got beat by a better team last night. Kudos to St. Henry.

I may be a little late with this but I agree with all that was said here. Beechwood looked good on Friday night against Connor. Their QB looked real good. Does not appear to be afraid of running if there is no one open. Also, saw him throw a few nice passes. The one over the middle to #84 (I think his last name was Bright), was beautiful. If 84 can be that open over the middle, he is going to score some TD's because after the catch, he was moving and he isn't a small fella. The running backs of Studer, Stringer, and Stokes looked very quick. Stringer and Studer look like they are being shot out of a cannon. When stokes ran a dive up the middle, I think I heard thunder. O line was making nice holes too. #74 (Etler) looked very good. I am not sure how big he is; however, his dad is a giant. If this kid is as big as his daddy, I would think he could play somewhere next year if that is his wish. ~Sniper
