Final.

Congrats to Coach Brossart and his staff. Obviously, they got the boys to quickly put that CCH game out of their heads.

Really nice win.

Beechwood did not come to play.. They were a step slow the whole game..

Beechwood tried hard... but they were just way overmatched. Too much size, talent, speed and toughness on the Dixie side tonight.

After all the hot air blown by the Beechwood faithful in the prediction thread I'm wondering if Beechwood fan even watches football?

We compared our predictions to how we played against Mt. Healthy and how Dixie played against Cov Cath.....we were wrong. Can't wait to see the records at the end of the year.

Beechwood looked small Dixie ran the ball at will.

.....

Beechwood is a really strong "A" football program, Dixie is a pretty good "6A" program, this is what should happen. I said in the prediction thread I thought Dixie would win, and I didn't get all of the neutral folks picking the Tigers. Beechwood will do fine within their class, but they are going to take their lumps against the Dixies and CovCaths of the world.

....we were wrong.

You should have just ended with this and put the wittle tiger tail between your legs and walked home.

Dixie dominated the point of attack on both sides, and that pretty much sums up the night. The Colones scored TDs on 7 of their 9 drives and the only two that didn't go for 6 were at the end of each half...

Stay classy ennam_iv

Nothing like a fan of a team who just got their butts handed to them a week earlier after many of their fans said they'd beat CCH to come out after finally playing good and showing how classy they can be.

Where were you last week?

Good senior leadership, execution, focus and team building on all fronts by the Dixie Heights Colonels this evening....not 9:30a :thumb:. Congratulations on the W. Ground and pound with a lil deep pass spice to keep the defense honest equated to a victory.

Before anyone throws the beechies under the bus this is a good A football team and may achieve great things in the playoffs. Tip of the cap to Mentsch on his perspective, I concur.

In the meantime Dixie Heights Colonels.....ONE GAME AT A TIME. Proud of your efforts and growth tonight. Build on this win and next in our sights is the Turpin Spartans. Go Dixie!!! :thumb:

Feeling pretty good about beating a 1A school, eh? You know Mr. Classy, it was only a few short years ago that BW hung around 60 points on Dixie and their prize QB. I don't recall any BW tool spouting off about the victory like you are tonight. Grow up.

Easy BB, plenty more examples of you and yours yoked up over the years talking a lot more smack. Envision a win by the Tigers tonight and everyone and their grandma throws Dixie under the bus. Forgive my fellow passionate Dixie Heights fan for venting as a result of my guess the majority of the Tiger blowhards and other brilliant prognosticators of NKY football in the prediction thread.

And yes, Dixie Heights is honoring the efforts of a good football team beating the Tigers for a second year straight. Some do it differently than others. Stay healthy and best wishes to both squads making good post season runs!
