I believe Dickerson is Gallatin’s second best player and definitely best defender. So yeah they were missing a key one. Result would still have likely been the same, just maybe a little closer.

I’m saying no every year until they prove me wrong.

5th Coach in 4 years actually, they had one that never coached a game, hired and resigned in the summer.

That is why I used the phrase “on their schedule” rather than played.

Every team that is in Regional Tournament was on their schedule this year.

For the most part it seems to be pretty balanced.

Gallatin administration called off school today as well as all extra-curricular activities between now and Monday. I’d say it was out of the hands of the coaching staff. At this point in the season getting games rescheduled can be tough.

I do not know any details, just saw the job posting with KHSAA.

The first place my mind goes to is "How many Cov Cath players would walk right into a Thomas More Practice and be in the first group (top 5-7)?" Maybe 3 at most? Also, considered "Would Cov Cath's entire rotation make Thomas More's team?" I wouldn't think so. Very interesting topic for discussion, but I am going to go with Thomas More. I do think it would be competitive though.

I think the main reason many ask questions on here is that others might have a quick reply. In this case their school or a school nearby may have been one to have achieved what is being asked in the OP.

It seems like there is a large number of D1 players that will be in this year’s tournament. I know many are underclassmen, but was interested to see who in the tournament is comitted to play college basketball (at any level) and who has offers. Was hoping to have a complete list as we head into the tournament tomorrow.

I believe Jason Holland still works at Shelby Co. High, another good 8th Region Candidate would be Chris Nethery. Don't know if either would have interest.

Definitely think the possibility is there that it would be open, but it was a good question to bring up as there are 52 coaching positions posted on the website including assistant jobs and middle school jobs in addition to the high school jobs. Shelby Co High has head dance, cheer, volleyball, soccer, boys basketball, girls basketball all posted. None are Collins jobs but they have their own AD, may be some sort of technicality thing.

Would have to stay 20-30 minutes away from high school in Shelbyville or Lagrange probably.
