I'm rolling with the South Frankfort Panthers with a final score of 27-26..The Quicker the Panthers Force the Admirals to align in the Bone,the quicker the Panthers will have the upper hand.....Frankfort's victories over Danville in '06 and '07, were beause they were able to answer early Danville scores, and Suffocate them defensively.....Best of luck to both teams..........:fight:

PepRock...nothing personal at all...I think Coach J is a good coach...so is Catlett...I just asked for an explanation as to what he is referring to when he says litany of bad habits.

Coach J Would you please expound on what litiny of bad habits mean...sounds like bashing of the previous Coach, and trust me Coach Catlett would never do that to any outgoing staff...one of the reasons Mark is no longer there is his being very naive...but don't talk about changing the culture of a program that had one losing season in the past 14 and it wasn't during Catlett's run...granted he didn't win every game...and lost some that he probably should have won...hasn't any coach who has been around a while???...but he worked his rear end off for Ballard High School and deserved a better fate...11 seasons...all winning ones...and forced out...something not right in High School Athletics when that happens...all coaches whould beware...it can happen to you!!!
