did covcath shut out Armwood? ?

Another statement win for the Colonels!

Colonel Fans riding back home in "grill class" cookin up some brats

I predict Colonels by 3 in a fight to the finish! 100 yards, 100 yards, 100 yards forward Into the Valley of Dale marched the Colonel 22 Forward the Colonel 22 Trample the hated Bluebirds Into the Valley of Dale Marched the Colonel 22 With apologies to Alfred Lord Tennyson

Alrighty then! Here we go again as the forces of good travel to Ft . Thomas next Friday to once again do battle with the forces of Daleness.

Congrats to Holmes great effort. I think the shooting stats point out what I saw as some very tired Colonel legs and I am guessing still somewhat emotionally spent from Wednesday's triple OT thriller. No way to say if the outcome would have been any different but I definately think it affected the game

Is this game being broadcasted online anywhere?

Time?

Understandable. He just thought it was in play maybe because he thought it crossed the line. Interesting call by the ref. It was hard to see whether Pittman reached over the line or not.

From some of the sources I know that talked to Pittman, he explained that when the Ballard player slapped the ball to put it in play the ball popped out of the Ballard's hand and Pittman thought it was in play by then so he went to touch it.

As it should be a warning the first time he did it, but that is why everyone was confused around where I was sitting. I heard first hand what the ref told Pittman. After the whistle was blown (which is was blown as the Ballard player was getting ready to throw the ball in), Elijah simply turned around opened his mouth and stuck his hands out.

"Why do you think that? He either violated or didn't I don't see why this is questionable? As has been mentioned and stated it is what he did after that warranted the technical. " The ref said he reached over the line before the ball was played. The ref told that straight to Pittman's face as well as the coaches. It was not what he did after the play. The first technical that was called on him was due to what he did after he had blocked one of Ballard's shot.

Cardo has been practicing... Not sure if he is 100%. He did play in the scrimmage on Saturday.

I think you will see NCC there too! They have a talented group...they may be young, but they are experienced and ready to play. It would be great to see both N KY teams go far! At this point you cheer for your school and you cheer for the N Ky teams!

Anybody know the draw for State?

I know Ricardo personally and he is one of my good friends. He described OU as a "perfect feeling to him" and he can't wait to get up there. You all are right, he has a lot of respect for people nad is very well-mannered. Congrats, Cardo. :dancingpa

Wish the game was played at a high school field to see how far Luke's last hit would have gone

Game times?

Is the game at 4 or 5 today?

Congrats to the NCC girls who will receive their 'STATE A CHAMPIONSHIP" rings this Friday. What a head coach, asst coaches adn what a great group of players! :dancingpa

Should be a dandy!

Lets just see who the better TEAM is on Saturday instead of individual players.

Newcath has a-lot to prove after the disappointing loss to Fort Campbell last year in the state finals. I expect senor quarterback Robby Kues and running back Mark Kelly to run the ball effectively against the falcon defense and even against number "57". Newcath wins its third state title in five years!

I think JC will easily prevail against a banged up Holmes squad. Good luck to the Bulldogs on a longgggggggggg road trip.
