Franklin County lost it's leading tackler, and it's THREE leading recievers,and finished the reg. season at 8-2!No one but the coaches and players had expectations of this kind of season when it started.That being said,FC is 4 points from being undefeated.MY vote is for exceeded for reg.season, the jury is still out overall.

AND I've heard that some men get Playboy for the articles! You should think twice before repeating rumors like that!:irked:

I would have to say Sam Harp as# 1.When you win titles consistently as he has at a small enrollment school,you have to be great.

Let any player/coach from Franklin county come take alook at your field and I'm sure they will tell you it's just like most of the fields they travel to,except of course Lexcath and Highlands! At least your water comes from the sky instead of the ground!

This game will be one that brings a lifetime of good memories to the winner and a lifetime of bad ones to the loser.FC had their worst offensive output of the year last meeting,largely due to turnovers and lack of emotion.Look for FCHS to bring the fire they had last week at Harrison.I'm sure EJHS will be playing their "A" game as well.It all comes down to intensity and execution. :thumb: Solid performance for FC's defense,4 INT'S!I was suprised to see HC throw the ball as much as they did and their choice to go to that caused them to have numerous unforced errors handling the ball.Hope this game prepared FC for another mud bowl next week.EJHS has much better athletes than HC had,and IMO better coaching.

Maybe you will get recognized with a state championship trophy! Forget the computers,forget the geek sportswriters. the only thing that matters is what happens on the field.don't forget this is NOT the BCS!

How does FC match up to Harrison?Are they similar in style to East Jess? One word: wow!

Having known him since he was playing in youth leagues he is the true definition of a competitor!He is also plays with class.I have seen him help kids from the OTHER team up from the ground,pat kids from the other team on the back if they made a good tackle on him, and many other examples of sportsmanship.he is a great example for all to follow!Ihope I can continue to follow his career in college.Huge credit to his parents for his additude!

A few is a modest assessment at FC! Those you speak of are the difference in winning and losing.They never get their names in the paper(except if they get post season honors)but their teammates and the truly football knowledgable fans appreciate them!THEY PLAY TO BE PART OF A TEAM,AND FOR LOVE OF THE GAME!!!!:ylsuper: :ylsuper: :ylsuper:

Mostly run,but have improved the passing game.Antoine Robinson is a hardnosed competitor,but I don't think FHS has quite as many athletes as the ADS.It's also tough to beat Harp and co. from a coaching standpoint. I would love to see FHS pull off the upset,but I think the ADS have the edge. Danville 34 Frankfort 21
