Somebody correct me if I'm wrong...... Ammons rushed for 2 TD's, passed for 1 TD, and returned an interception for a TD. Great job K. and FC.

O and D line played well. Ammons had a huge interception and return for a touchdown that deflated east Jessamine in the second half. That play allowed FCHS to blow the game open.

FC proved the first time was a fluke. The FC kids new they gave the game to EJ last time and wanted to right the wrong, way to go. FC had a great rushing attack and dominated EJ physically. They also overcame alot of setbacks about 30 penalties, you name it got called against FC, but the flyers stayed focused. The line dominated on both sides of the ball. But the skill kids on defense stepped up big, picking 4 EJ passes taking 2 to the house. They have a big task next week!!!!!

Great win for the Flyers. They played with emotion and played a physical ball game. Two things they didn't do last time these teams played. They'll need to play the same way to have a chance against Lex Cath on Friday.

As an observer the coaches had FCHS well prepared emotionally for this game. Make no mistake about it East is a good football team. The momentum could have easily gone EJ's way well into the 3rd quarter. The FCHS coaches and players on the sideline were very vocal and in sync. They were a big factor in keeping the players on the field fired up. It was a total team effort on a bitterly cold evening.A hard frost had accumilated by the beginning of the second half.
