Big K 61

What KHSAA has basically done is they have taken every competitive part of June away from football. When football lost competitive 7 on 7 in June a few years ago, teams could still have their own practices and 7 on 7s within their team. They could install their passing game and have competitive drills. Now since you can't have helmets, no football coach in their right mind will do any of those competitive type of things. So now they are stuck with doing everything "on air"; meaning they'll do it without a full-speed defense.

Why is it disturbing?

Owen is pitiful. Henry with a running clock.

This could go many different directions. Central's early tough schedule could help them in this. Bell County is very physical. Turnovers and big plays may be the difference in this one. If Bell limits the big play, they will go to the bee hive and get the win. Bell 21-14

Wayne Co. 35 Corbin 14 Be interesting to see how Corbin came out of the physical game with Henry County.

Wayne Co. 35-14

That's how it's done!!

Some people just can't let go.

Mercy County

Congrats to Coach Engstrand. Green County got a good one.!

"Coach, I'll take the ankle bracelet off if you stay within the coaches' box."

I would rather give $50 to cancer research than to spend $50 on pink gloves.

Go Aces!!! City Champs!!

Pretty sure it is a team camp where there is no contact with other teams. EKU has a similar camp these two weeks.

Are you thinking of Henry Clay?

They have 1 and 2 on Fridays because of the small crowds they typically bring. It helps with WKU classes and parking. Others they rotate in some fashion.

I agree. I take nothing away from Owe n's undefeated season, that is tough to do at most levels. But they haven't beaten any contenders this year either.

Newport. Owen Co.'s cake schedule catches up with them.

Glad they got caught. And it wasn't the FB post that costed the team the wins, it was the fact the parents were breaking the rules.

Atherton is bad. No way. Oldham is too well-coached to be in trouble with this one.

Are you saying Highlands would rather reschedule to get a win?

Administration

Who are the offensive and defensive coordinators this year?

Henry co. needs more coaches. Period. The district needs to help in that area. Period.
