:thumb: I agree....Male is the team to beat with PRP right there too. It was nice to see that X has good team speed...that will be vital against a very fast Male team. The lack of goal posts to practice field showed......I'll come out and build some....I wonder if that would get me a tuition reduction....

Actually the lost to T where our extra point hit the goal post was the most dis-heartening for me....I can't remember the kicker's name right now but he was very good and it was just un-believeable that he missed.:mad: We lost 21-20.:irked: I agree with you on the 2002 Male game.:thumb:

Evangel Christian will play a couple 8-man games this year. They only have 14 players so the 11 man game takes a beating on them by the 4th Quarter.

Butler's Freshman team last year only lost 1 game (to X). They had a very hard running RB. I wonder if any players from that team will be able to make a difference as sophs.

I would not allow broadcasts .....just to cut my nose off ,to spite my face! That's what it boils down to......why would you cheat members of your school out of this opportunity.....I am sure several players have grandparents...that can't get to the game....relatives overseas...who could listen via the internet.....etc.... Why punish your players to carry out some goofy agenda? ....Who's the kids really?...the players or these so-called adults running the show?

It sure is...but the benefits outweigh the negatives...

X doesn't cut in football....Its a good idea....who's to say that your freshman 3rd stringer won't hit a growth spurt and become your varsity stud?...better to have some skill and knowledge of the team's system in him ..... Also football is way more than just a sport...there are many good hard life lessons that go with it....and playing time earned is a great start!

Ugly game for the Tigers....too many penalties (13)....and many other mis-cues....fumbles Special teams which is usually one of X's strong suits was not effective this night....blocked X-tra points...busted punt by BG for a 1st...Sad:irked: Vic missed much of the game with leg cramps. Good news is that Duece straight out of a cast and hamstring problems filled in nicely. Can't wait to see both healthy and in the backfield together.. Score last year was 13-7 X
