What about Team Kentucky? They have already beat DS All-Stars East in a tournament.

Their is good things and bad things in AAU just as their is good things and bad things in high school basketball. On the AAU side you as a parent need to do some research before you put your kid on a AAU team.

You have to call a time out when the ball is coming through the net so the official we hear you and call it in time.

Once the ball is in the Boyle Co. players hands you can not get a time out until after the player shoots the ball. The defense will not be granted a time out once the offical gives the ball to the offense to inbound it.

Hester got hurt in the 2nd qtr and Oldham made their run in the 3rd qtr.

They (Ponzer and Hopkins) should look to pass first because they are not your first, second or third option. Hester and Hurd both is the first and second option which they should be. Elbert is the third option. If you would have been watching the game when Mike was out you would have seen Elbert bringing the ball up (actually doing about everything). For running the show, that is Mike's job an he does it quite WELL. Again you are mistaken about getting in trouble about this kid it was something else. Before you state something make sure you know what you are talking about.

I have heard that they are a defense liability but tell me which guard is playing defense an shutting their man down? Our guards get beat a lot of times but Josh Hurd is standing there in the paint blocking their shots. Just ask Nathan Sharp. Show me on here where I have been critizing anybody for the whole year. Nathan Ponzer likes to dribble with his head down so how can you say he is a good ball handler? I call them as I see them.

You are kidding right? He shoots 28.3% from the field and 18.2% from behind the arc. Apparently you do not know what a good shooter is.

Was a ugly game until the 4th qtr when SK was down by 17pts in the beginning of the qtr to cut it to 4pts before they had to start fouling. Made for a very exciting qtr.

I have not seen Neely play yet and hope to get to see him in the 8th region tournament. Just looked at the schedule and was not overly impressed with the quality of teams they played, which has a effect on getting the POY award. I do agree Mike Hester should have not received it also, so who should have received it? I think that with the schedule and the points he put up that Josh Hurd wins it hands down.
