Yeah. He actually really underacheived in the tournament. He must've missed 9 three pointers tonight. He had a great career though. As well as the rest of the seniors. Independence is very proud of them.

Coach Forrest is an excellent bench coach. He generally finds the best matchups for his club as well as the worse matchups for the opponent and exploits them both. What really makes this interesting is the matchup with Scott County at state. He has been a real thorn in the side of the Cards for many years. I don't think he will have the horses this year to compete with the cards but he certainly has been able in the past to gameplan well for what the Cards will bring. Because of this Scott might really try to embarass Oldham if they get the chance because when Scott went out of the 8th region Coach Hicks made the comment in the paper that it was unusual to take the dominant team out of the region. Forrest made the statement to the same paper that it seemed to him that Oldham was the more dominant team immediately before Scott went to the 11th if you looked at who was going to state. This could be fun

In all fairness, Scott County was going to pound either SK or Oldham in the State Tourny.

You never know Tiger1, everything points to a big win by Scott Co but the best team doesn't always win the title.

I dont think they will pound OC because of the defense. They play great defense and thats what won the game for them tonight.

I was just looking down Oldham's schedule to see who they had played this year. I don't know if Forest is the best coach, but he gets the big award for the best schedule. Did Forest even think about playing a top 25 team this year?
