Why is that so interesting? 3 of the teams have above .500 records. Not to mention why didn't you include Holmes and CCH.

Holmes 20-9

CCH 22-6

Total wins-123

Total losses-105

I didn't realize the 9th was so stratified this year, and I was trying to get a feel for who challenge Covcath and Holmes for the title, Sorry I didn't include the above 2.

Don't be sorry, the fact is other than Holmes and CovCath this group of teams look sad, if indeed you look at a stats sheet.

Now do I think that either CovCath or Holmes dance into the finals? Not all all! Conner has a history of turning CovCath dreams into nightmares, and Dixie/Highland would like nothing more than to rain on the CovCath parade...

NCC and St. Henry? They could give Holmes a run for their money if Holmes looks past them trying to watch CovCath.......

On any given night anything can happen........and usually does......

It looks like of the two favorites (Holmes and Cov. Cath) that Cov. Cath got the tougher draw. They have to beat a Conner team that always gives them trouble and then two teams that could be trouble for them as well in Dixie or Highlands. Holmes draw is tough because of Kiernan being a force in the middle, but St. Henry and Lloyd do not have the horses to go with Holmes. But in the 9th, expect the unexpected. I could easily see either of those two favorites getting upset if they are not careful. It look like a great tourney as always.

ST. Henry doesn't????? The Crusaders already beat Holmes this season.

Holmes has a very tough road. NCC with Keirnan will give them fits. St,. Henry has their number and then they will have to face a tough CCH team in the finals if they get that far.

I think Highlands will take care of Dixie this time around. If they can body Mace down low and keep Kendal under control. Simpson will have to get 25-30 though.

I like St. Henry to maybe even sneak into the finals, especially if the Breds knock off the home team in the 1st round.

What?!?!?! Holmes undoubtedly got the harder draw. St. Henry already beat them, and NCC has a dominating big man, which Holmes does not have.

CCH got a who's combined record on their side of bracket is 38-48

Maybe Simpson making the layup to lose by 1 in the district final was the best thing in the end. NCC wins and gets Holmes on the Holmes floor. Highlands loses and gets Dixie.

I believe Dixie beat HHS by 20+ earlier in the year....

Beat me to this comment--CovCath cruises to the finals, while Holmes has a couple of tough outs in NCC (teams with good big men are tough matchups for the Bulldogs) and St. Henry (nine seniors and a very savvy coach)!!

Cov Cath will not cruise to the finals.

Cov Cath will not cruise to the finals.

I guess your right, but on paper nobody on Cov. Cath's side should be within 10-15 of Cov. Cath.
