I never said thought they were "good" I said "so good" Yes, that is a difference because good is getting to the playoffs and so good is getting to the superbowl and winning. The Bengals d continues to get torched, McNair put up almost 250 yards in the air and J. Lewis had a work-man like effort on the ground. The Bengals d is not and never was good enough to get to the superbowl, let alone win it.

For starters, I am the farthest thing from a Bengals fan, I am a Browns fan. Also, lofty expectations from fans (super bowl) is a contributing factor to why you guys think they are so good. The Bengals have an above-average offense with a below-average defense, simple as that. Defense wins championships, and the Bengals are no where near that level.

I have never seen such an uproar from a teams' fan base when they are 4-3. The Bengals have been good ONE year in the past like 16 years, holy moley they are a team that is still developing and missing some key players at key positions. Injuries HURT a team's chances at success.. it's not just the injuries but that is apart of it. You guys want to trade the Bengals record with the Browns record? I'm down...
