How did that strategy turn out in game 1? Sounds like the coaches gave their kids a chance to win, and that's their job. I would have more of a problem with the coach that was much more talented slowing things down than the underdogs. From the article, it looks like NDA was fine with the stall. Now THAT makes no sense. NDA is to blame as much as HHS for the pace of the game. Doesn't sound like they extended the defense very much.

I don't see what the big deal is? If a kid is going to St Mary's and knows he's going to Campbell Co, he still can't play for any CCHS sports. I guess I'm in the minority but it makes sense to me.

Heard on the radio that it was named the "4S" because it's "4 Steve", instead of the 5. Not sure how true it is or how that fits into the features of the phone but.........

I'm sure there is one episode somewhere in the US that made everyone enforce more stringent lighting standards. Definitely safer but extremely costly. I'm sure this makes up for a HUGE chunk of the change.

Not anymore. KHSAA has strict lighting guidelines. Concrete and metal only.

Another "disadvantage" that I've discussed with others. While it may be a little bit of an advantage for CCH to play on Saturday when all other teams are used to playing on Friday, it's once a year for their opponents. Meanwhile, CCH is costing their players 5 days of recovery, at least, throughout a normal season. While most are watching films Saturday and getting treatment, with a full recovery day on Sunday before Monday practice. For half the season CCH's players are either losing a day of practice/preparation or a day of recovery when they play Saturday then Friday. Maybe it doesn't mean much to them. Just a thought.
