I voted Rock because I would love to see a Belfry/Rock matchup. If Lawrence County is anything like they have been in the past they can run the ball and control that high scoring a little. Rockcastle is little vulnerable defensively against the run. Think it will be close 31-24 Rock at home.

Final 48-20 Just as expected Mays and Mercer exploded on the Lions early and pretty much made plays all over the field. Mercer was more focused and it showed.

Montavian Quisenberry may be the best pound for pound athlete in Kentucky? This is a great kid that keeps proving every game he can compete with the best of the best. He is most certainly not the biggest or fastest player on the field but finds ways to make incredible plays, leave defenders grabbing air and makes great contact when playing defense. He has been a huge impact for the Rebels. Kids got tons of heart! Best description I have heard is "Lightning in a bottle". Sure seems to fit this young man! Hope he continues to have a stellar year.

My first time watching the Lions this year and I was not very impressed. Third game of the year so you can’t blame it on youth. QB just is not cutting it, can’t get stops on 3rd down, Hester finding out how the rest of the defensive coordinators live outside of the Kingdom of Boyle Co. on the bright side # 7 is a very nice player but it could be a long season for GC!

Brown is a fantastic kid as well as the other players mentioned. Demauriah is alot like Quisneberry just get the ball to him, he will do the rest. What a delima Haddix has there. Almost feel sorry for him. ?

Boyle will be Boyle and prepared. Shocking truth is Demauriah Brown may be Boyles best athlete overall once he’s cleared to play. Young man is the truth and will make a major impact even in Rebel land. Watch out steam rolling to Kroger field. Hoping to see LCA make it close.

Bell Co RB Thomas is a stud and the defense seemed to get better as the game went along. Good win for Bobcats.
