I think Graves is quite a bit better than MC. I think they win by two or three scores maybe something like 35-14.

I think CC gets some revenge this year in a close 30-28 win.

I think LCA would’ve probably put a running clock on them had they played last year. The question is has LCA slipped enough or has Belfry improved enough to give Belfry the chance to win. I’m going with the passing team by a couple scores. LCA 28-14.

Yeah this is a very old rivalry that goes back to the old Tompkinsville days. Monroe has had a lot of good competitive teams even winning the region 3 years in a row a few years back. That being said Monroe has been on a 5 or 6 year skid of some of their worst teams ever. I know Monroe would like to continue to play Glasgow and Allen because of the rivalry with these two teams but it might be time they back off and try to schedule some more competitive teams.

I find this game very interesting. Until the 4th quarter of the playoff game last year UC had owned PT and now they are everyone’s favorites to win state. I think OC is much improved despite their loss to DC so I think this should be a great game. I’m going with Union 26-13.

Looks like a running clock against JH for the third week in a row keep battling guys it will get better.

I think this is a true 50/50 game that could go either way. I feel like out of the four teams beaten by these two teams Metcalfe has the best win over Barren. But I think I’m still going with Campbellsville 22-15.

I think you are right on the money the teams that Danville has beat are not great teams and I think BC wins with a running clock.

I think Green will win but I do believe it will be close as well as Hart appears to have their best team in quite some time. I’m going Green 35-28.

With Casey and Hart Co looking strong this year it appears Adair would be the odd team out in that district. I don’t think either of those teams could overtake Glasgow for the district but with the way Taylor is giving up points is it possible for one of them to overtake them for the two seed. I would say probably not but it could make for some competitive games in the district.

Seems like Taylor hasn’t figured out that you have to play defense as well as offense.

Well I know Apollo was really bad for several years and only improved to mediocrity in the last couple years. Meade Co had some decent teams and has been pretty competitive for years so my logic is Meade has an overall better program which means they have a better chance at being decent this year then Apollo does. I’ve never understood why people want to call people out on opinions. Meade may very well be a worse team than Apollo but that was just my logic behind my pick.

I think Daviess beat a better team in week one so I’m going with them in a close one 28-21.

What’s the biggest surprises from week one? For me I will go with Highlands getting roughed up I didn’t see that coming I thought that would be a competitive game. Also in a good surprise I wouldn’t have thought if Warren Central would end the streak it would have been against Bullitt Central. Not that Bullitt is a powerhouse but as bad as WC has been I wouldn’t have thought that would be the game they would get.

I don’t know what BC lost from last year but I know they are usually pretty competitive so this might mean WC might win a few more games this year.

Congratulations WC I’m so glad that awful streak is dead. Now who’s the next longest current streak and when might they get a win.
