I’ve never been so proud of this team down 28-6 in the first quarter and come back and win this game. Just incredible!

I guess all the people wanting to give the trophy to Cal figured out why they play these games.

This may sound crazy but it was really closer than thought.

I think this is about what was expected.

I tried to tell you guys all your this team was for real but all I kept hearing was no playoff experience CC would put a running clock on them. You can’t just go off of name.

Glasgow had 3 but they were all underclassman.

I truly hope the kid reaches all of his goals and dreams.

I’m not trying to disparage the kid in anyway I’m just pointing out that maybe he was a little zealous in his description of the youngster.

So you think this kid will be an NFL Hall of Famer.

Sometimes knowing what to do and doing it are two completely different things. If Bardstown wins it will be because of their offense I don’t think they will shut Glasgow’s offense down. If Glasgow wins it’s because they held up against the pass. Last year against Cal they basically gave up 3 long pass plays and that was the difference in the game. I truly believe this will be a fairly high scoring game something like 35-28 Scotties.

It really has nothing to do with whether or not it’s a running play or passing play. Myers got hurt halfway through last season and Jessie had to come in as a freshman and played well. This year they had intentions on them splitting time at quarterback because they both are talented and have strengths they can offer an offense. However Myers is special at the safety position I would guess he probably leads the team in tackles and has great coverage skills. Bardstown can throw at him at their own risk. But both guys throw the ball pretty accurately they just don’t throw a lot because they’ve had and continue to have so many skill players and running back. They did lose their two fastest players at the position but they’ve had some younger guys step up and are really starting to find their groove in helping Stockton carry the ball.

If you just look at the records it might be a upset but I don’t think anyone in the state would consider it an upset if Belfry wins.

I’m assuming if Cal is as good as everyone on here says they are they should win with a running clock but there is a reason they play the games.

I appreciate it I won’t have the opportunity to enjoy it till the weekend because of work I’m out of town all week but I really do appreciate it.

I would say 98% of teams if they were down 3 touchdowns in the first quarter would probably fold but I do understand what you’re saying the longer GC stays in the game the more they will feel like they belong and the better chance they have to pull off the upset.

I wish Allen would give them a great game but I’m afraid FC wins big.

I don’t think Bardstown has played anyone this year near as good as Glasgow. And Glasgow probably hasn’t played anyone as balanced as Bardstown except maybe Woodford but I don’t think the Tigers are near as good as the Yellowjackets are. Glasgow must prepare for BT balance but I think BT must prepare for Glasgow’s physicality. Keiron Stockton at 6-3 and 225 is a flat out beast for the Scotties and has some speed when he gets in the open field. I think this will be an extremely tight game with someone losing a heartbreaker. All this being said I’m going with the Scotties 35-28.

I think Russellville just has to much offense and wins by a couple touchdowns.

I think Mayfield wins comfortably but I think this prediction could be based off school names I think Green puts up a fight especially early but Mayfield pulls way in the second half and wins by about 20.

CC better lace then up if they think they are going to walk over this team I have a feeling they will be surprised.

Not sure where this came from but the game was not called early after the running clock TV scored with like 20 seconds remaining and the refs kept the clock running and time ran out before they could attempt the extra point but this game was not called early.

I don’t care to say I flat out missed this one I really believed that Hoptown was the better team.
