I think that’s a overstatement yeah Beechwood and LCA are really good but the rest of 2A are not very good and to assume that Bardstown and Glasgow wouldn’t be ranked in the top 5 is ridiculous. As far Cal that’s all I’ve heard about for weeks is how much better they were then the rest of 3A so they better win it or there’s going to be a lot of people on here eating crow. I don’t see what all the hype is with them you take away that Mercer game and what have they really done. How do we know some other teams couldn’t do that to Mercer or better yet how do we know that Mercer just didn’t have a bad game and might flip the script in the playoffs.

The thing about Mayfield’s loss is I don’t really think Murray is very good. I might be way off but I think Green or Metcalfe could beat Murray. But they don’t have any name value. Sometimes it takes a team with name value two or three poor seasons before people start to think maybe they really are down. It’s the same way with teams with no name value it takes two or three good seasons before people start thinking they are pretty good.

They looked horrible to begin the season but that was probably against teams as good if not better than anyone in 3A. And I know they’ve flipped flopped and played some really weak teams on this winning streak. But they did there job and blowed out those weak teams. We may not actually know how good this team is in 3A until the regional finals or maybe the semis assuming they were to make it that far.

No the final tiebreaker is decided by the RPI at the end of the regular season however if someone has a big enough lead it may not matter but you don’t just throw the results of the final game out.

Glasgow came out flat too it seems like that teams do that the last couple games of the season then they kind of get their swagger back at the start of the playoffs.

Can’t wait for the rematch!

If CH wins this game and Barren beats Meade I said if I think that would create a 3 way tie for the top seed in the district. Is the tiebreaker the RPI or is there something else that decides playoff seeds.

That’s the second impressive win I’ve seen on here by the Scott Co freshman that must be a heck of a group of kids.

I’m not arguing that it probably was an accident that Glasgow ended up having a tougher schedule this I was stating that they did.

I don’t think it really matters so much who’s number 1 between Glasgow and Cal both would host the semis. Now if you are one of those people that want to pick the easiest route you might would rather play Union/PT rather than Bardstown in the third round but I believe to be the best you have to beat the best. I don’t think Bardstown can catch either team but if they did because they played to weak 5A schools the last weeks of the season that would kind of prove the RPI has flaws because Glasgow and Cal have played far better schedules this year that Bardstown has.

This is just a feeling out game for the rematch in a couple weeks.

What’s really helped Glasgow’s RPI this season is what the teams they have played have done. Woodford Co is undefeated, Russellville has only lost 1 game Taylor and Adair are 6-2 I think even Allen Co is 5-3. They’ve played a lot of teams with a lot of wins.

I think Glasgow and Cal stays at 1 and 2 in the RPI Bardstown is 4 tenths of a point behind Cal however Glasgow is only 5 hundreds of a point ahead of Cal so they both play poor 3A schools this week which may not change a lot however Cal plays a 6A school the final game of the season regardless of how poor they are and Glasgow plays 4A Franklin Simpson. So assuming they all win their final 2 games I think it will finish Cal first, Glasgow second, and Bardstown third.

You can but most coaches don’t for whatever reason. I guess they think the 35 is pretty good.

2 kickoff TDS at some point you got to just kick the ball at of bounds and let them have it at the 35.

I think this will be a revenge game and if given the chance Pikeville will try to gap Hazard by as much as possible.

That’s insane it’s not like it’s an inch that looks like several inches. If that was Kentucky the whole state would be shut down and the grocery stores would be cleaned out.

I think Green is better than Adair who played pretty even with Metcalfe so I’m going with Green by 14.
