  1. wow. WOW. Good God all mighty! Male surprised the heck out of me. WTG in a biiiiigggg way, Male! I just have no other words...
  2. Wow. Really didn't see this coming. Thought CH would win. Much respect for South!
  3. The dust has settled and McC is verified as victor. However, it could have gone either way. What a game! Awesome game McC and Mayfield!
  4. Yep, AA, sorry my mess up...Was thinking of yester years gone by. Getting old lol True about last year, granted. But -- except for beating a possibly marginal PT this year -- Mayfield is unknown as well, beating two teams that have zero wins between them. So I guess we shall see after the dust settles tonight.
  5. Hatz -- Anytime a 1A team goes against a 6A team depth will be an issue. The smaller the school, the greater the depth drop off. For instance, St X and Trinity have such winning traditions because of not only great athletes but great athletes in many numbers. As I said IMO, Mayfield is an awesome program, but numbers will run them ragged, especially if they have injuries. And McCracken is a hungry, hungry hippo.
  6. UK football fan -- Oops, I didn't mean the running game. Rather, I meant that the team was running better as a whole. I did not know the 60 yards rushing stat -- I guess McCracken passed all over MNH to get 54 points, huh?
  7. BG bounces back with ferocity. Owensboro is a good team -- just not enough to overcome an angry BG.
  8. I ain't whistling Dixie ... SK is a freaking bear this year...
  9. Mark Brown is an awesome coach, and he has ETown back on the map. NHardin is a good team, but even with their depth they will have a hard time beating a properly disciplined Brown team.
  10. ^ Which Catholic? I found no poll, so here's my uncounted vote: LexCath wins.
  11. I'm going with McCracken in a squeaker. They seem to have corrected early problems and are running better now. I know, I know, Mayfield is awesome, but I think McCracken's depth will be the difference here, and they have definitely been on the rise the past few years. They're gonna be ready for this signature win...
  12. I'm generalizing and playing hype guy with all of my guesses. However...Obviously, Cooper can play and score. Campbell is struggling a bit. Their defense is not as good as usual, so I go with Cooper who has shown the ability to score -- er, except against Bryan Station. Yikes...
  13. Great SCOTT! No stopping them here...
  14. Hard -- I mean HARD to beat Elder in the Pit in a good year. Elder wins by 14.
  15. HUGE game. Two great teams and histories. I will go with the get-it-done Catholic attitude. Trinity wins in an exciting, bruising game.
  16. Cooper. CC can't handle the horses.
  17. Me thinks NCC is coming to life again. Breds' tradition is the difference. And they played Scott pretty dang tough!
  18. Man, South Warren is looking giant, but I think it's Central's year to win some big ones. This is one of them. In a close one...
  19. Ryle is riding High ... and will ride Highlands to a win. Sorry, birds.
  20. Waddaya know...More points scorded than I thought. However, a win by the Tigers. WTG, X!o
  21. I STILL think coach Smith should have been deemed head coach at UK. He groomed a lot of NFL linebackers and never got the proper respect. What a coach! Anyway, WTG, coach Smith and Boyle!
  22. Ahhh, that depth is a killer. Hard to overcome.
  23. VERY surprised. WTG, Eastern!
