We had one that played Friday.

Roni, never made it past second round, Ammons one appearance in 3rd round I think, Woodside and Timmons third round losses. This group won 3 region titles, state runner up, and two semi final runner ups, the frosh year they lost in second round 18-6 vs, Central without the starting qb. I could be wrong on that. Not sure this group has the most wins, but they have the most post season success.

FC had the lead with 4 minutes or less. Elam and company took it right down to take back the lead. This years FC team will be one of my favorites. I wasn’t too high on them mid season…. Lots of trials and tribulations with this group and some real head scratching moments as a fan. But they almost made it back to the big dance. Hats off to the staff and kids on staying the course when many counted them out. Corbin knows just how close it was!

Franklin County held him to 60 yds rushing, but he had a big night receiving.

WE Coaches asked to end it. FC agreed.

Dane is a very Good player! Seemed like FC settled in second half and really got after him and the route was on. At the end FC was really popping down hill on both sides.

Game day!!!! Its all up to those inside the lines tonight.

Franklin county is an odd team they have played all over the place this year. Lots of iOS and downs to their season. They have a mixed bag of size and speed on both sides of the ball. They also have places where they lack in size and experience. Not sure we have any players as good as the qb from WE. Hearing he is a the real deal? Hopefully the FC boys can make a game of it! ?

What do you want to know about FC? They sure didn’t have anyone who has rushed for 270 in a game. Our qb played linebacker most the year.

Flyers seemed to be trying to kill the Spencer county kids. Hadn’t seen that much hate from the flyers in a long time.

Interesting match up. Kid from Spencer county on their post game show said they should win easy this week! I look for they flyers to make it a game.

Your probably misinterpreting my opinion somewhat. But it’s really uptight these days. I think that adds to the overall frustration of players, and coaches. Most the teams you see In fights are struggling ones. So I think it is a part even if small.

It is a lack of overall discipline that causes most of this... But perhaps another side of the coin to consider they are taking the violence out of the game at such a fast rate, these boys playing nowadays don't really get to unleash the aggression we used to in football. The old saying, all dressed up and nowhere to go... or in this case all fired up and not allowed to hit anyone.

I Feel for the kids and coaches at Hills. But this is the climax of what sitting on your hands gets you in today's football world.

Madison Southern looks the part. But they are soft, or looked it vs the Flyers.

Flyers limping their way to improvement. Good win boys! Offense is growing and Defense is very agressive..

I really do not know any facts on these injuries.

FC better come to play, they got a lot of things they are overcoming.. but at the end of the day you have to play to win! I know many of the Flyer coaches and kids.. those games MATTER!!! But they also believe in taking accountability for getting beat and working towards the next contest. This team gets its legs under it they will play hard and physical.. IMO they need a little bone thrown their way.. FC and Central very similar this year.. and most years.. I think you see the two battle it out for the one seed and make it pretty far in the west.

Moorman is out. The kid who ran it tonight was a spark! He is tough and willing to get the tough yards. I hope to see him some more! Tough as heck! Flyers at one time had 7 sophomores on the field, a kid who never played qb at qb. A handful of kids playing new spots. Starting kicker was out. List goes on and on!! Woodford has a TON of talent. They really had to mix it up to contain and score on the Flyers They couldn’t put the flyers away til late. And tried their darndest to score again! 4 deep balls with under a minute! And went for two as well! They even dumped the water coolers on the coaches after winning! Dennis Johnson and that staff are a piece of work now. Lots of interesting actions from that sideline. Flyers will take the whipping and get back to work. Hats off to the Woodford County kids, on a victory.

These boys will continue to work, and so will the staff. Ones who don’t will be moved to the back. Time will tell!

I do not think Raceland will win.. but if they do.. this whole site will crash by Saturday 6 am!
