My son was moved to safety once. He loved it. I finally said something to the coach about it though. I love my son and try to not be that parent but the kid inherited my speed and isnt nearly fast enough to play safety. He has been happy back on the line since.

I spoke with a guy from louisville who covers high school football he said this year's class is projected to have about 30 to 35 d1 commits in Kentucky. 2016 is expected to have alot more.

Didn't woodland beat cov cath twice last year with Perrin under center? He is by far one of the most athletic kids I have seen on both sides of the river in a while...Not to mention his field vision for a freshman is amazing.

I remember watching Alexander play Elder... He is to this day the best high school player I ever saw in Kentucky or Ohio. I remember an old man at the game saying we are gonna watch this kid play on Sundays in a few years...He was right.

I heard Bye's numbers are way up this year... Apparently their kids are finally learning their system too. It used to be like they were non existent on both sides of the ball. It was nice to schedule them though. Its a easy week and the kids are pretty much playing a scrimmage against themselves.

A huge impact is going to be who is healthy for Cooper. Scotts defense will have to really comeout ready to go and play hard. I do not see this being a blow out either way

I spent a lot of time around J-Town because my grandparents lived there my whole life. I have spoke to a few old friends who have kids there now. They all told me they couldn't wait for the coach to go. The team has no discipline or order. From what I heard they have very athletic and talented kids but they need better leadership.

Friday night was a bunch of kids making small contributions that led to big things. They have lots of weapons and good coaches. That is a recipe for success.
