I think Holy Cross gets fired up and plays one of their best games of the year. They will believe they can win this one. For that reason, it could be interesting for a bit, and if Holy Cross can make some plays and put some doubt into Newport the game could be closer than expected for a while, perhaps into the second half. At the end of the night though, Newport by at least 2 TD's.

I think Newport's size and their big back will give HC big problems. If though, HC can get off to a quick start, they'll have a chance.

I think Holy Cross has trouble stopping Newport's running attack and getting stops. If Newport minimizes penalties, I'll take Newport 38 - 14.
