  1. “the turkeys are hitting the ground like bags of wet cement!”
  2. This might be the funniest thing in the history of television. From WKRP in Cincinnati.
  3. I’ve really been getting into Potbelly recently. There is one in Florence by Meijer.
  4. They found the little boy, Joshua, floating in a pond. Drowning is the number one reason that autistic children die. My son wandered out of the house Memorial Day 2022 and was very close to jumping in a neighbors pool. It would’ve been a tragic day, and I thank God that someone saw him. Keep an eye out for any autistic kids living on your street. They love water and may have no awareness of depth or danger
  5. Did they hire a new coach this year?
  6. If LCA wins then does Beachwood host LCA next week?
  7. The band, cheerleaders, and student buses for Martin County showed up at the end of the first quarter. It was so cold and they walked off that bus and looked at the scoreboard. I felt for them.
  8. Below for a story about a nonverbal, 7 year old who is missing. I hate hearing stories like this. My son got out of the house on Memorial Day 2022 and it could have gotten really bad. Please say a prayer for this little boy, his name is Joshua. https://www.fox19.com/2024/11/21/search-continues-missing-7-year-old-boy-with-autism/
  9. If you never want to get caught saying anything vulgar or obscene, then just don’t say anything vulgar or obscene. It’s not that difficult. I’ve been a basketball coach since 2001 and never have any of my players ever heard me say the F word.

3 or 4. Enough to get the flavor.

Normally I am against any holistic, New Age, or post-modern thinking; however, recently I discovered the flavor of putting Tobasco sauce in my black coffee. I am telling you, it is out of this world. It sounds a little odd, but try it, it is amazing.
  12. Beechwood scored on the first possession of the game. Highlands had a chance at 1st and goal with about 30 seconds left in the 2nd Quarter and could not get it in the endzone. Highlands beat Beechwood the week before so this was a great comeback win for the Tigers. Highlands coaches and fans were pretty incensed afterwards. Both teams played hard and kept it clean. It's great to see young men play their hearts out.
  13. Why are people saying there were no punts or turnovers? When McPherson missed the field goal, was that not a turnover on downs?
  14. I've never understood what it means when people say this. We beat Simon Kenton last week, does that mean the Simon Kenton staff was "outcoached" by our staff. What exactly qualifies as being outcoached?
  15. Young Freshman from Beechwood named Gia Jones is pretty good. They have a new coach so we'll see how the season goes.

Lol... I was hoping someone on here owned a Buick or had adequate knowledge of cars to advise me on whether or not to spend less money on a new Buick or spend the extra 8k on a chevy or toyota.

I loathe this procedure. I've gone to Tom Gill Chevy in Florence and a new Trailblazer or Equinox with decent extra perks are 31,000 out the door. I did some window shopping on Wyler Buick in Florence and their new Envisions and Encores, and other models are 23-26K out the door with extra perks. All of these are "regular cars" meaning smaller SUVs or just midsize vehicles. They are not luxury models. Why are Buick's so much cheaper then Chevy and Toyotas?
  18. Nothing scandalous. Membership had kind of plateaued and there was a small conflict amongst some people about a year ago. I should have been able to squash it but it drug on a little bit, then this spring weekly attendance was up and down despite my teachings and appeals. Then I found myself kind of going through the motions a little bit. This led me to believe that I probably stayed two years too long. Not many Christian preachers stay at the same church for 13 years. Catholic priests do, but not typical evangelicals. I just prayed about it and thought it was time.
  19. After 13 years I decided to leave the ministry. Not sure where God wants me to go, but am hoping I hear the call.
  20. Further? Like one game?
  21. You Guys may want to give this one a try. It’s a very intriguing case for theism. Only about nine dollars on Amazon.
  22. Perhaps I missed it, but why are people talking about math?
  23. One of the kids on my son's baseball team told him he was moving to the trailer park in Newport. I grew up in Bellevue and know the northern Campbell County area very well. I cannot think of any trailers in Newport. Anyone have any ideas?
  24. I think this is the last open job in northern Kentucky area. Curious to see if this creates a Domino effect.

I’ve really been getting into sparkling water the past five years. Today I tried a can of simple truth, organic sparkling water. Out of curiosity, what can they do to water to make it organic?
