I was told the Colonels are down 8 starters after last night’s game. Oldham County cancelled the JV game at Trinity scheduled for Monday.

I do not believe the KHSAA allows for more than ten games at freshman level or total of twenty of JV and frosh games. Jefferson County caps their schools at 16. Moeller will have played 15 freshman games after today's action.

Trinity won a freshmen game versus Moeller's B team at Marshall Stadium. Moeller's A team is playing St. Edward's today. I was surprised by the lack of speed and size of the Crusaders. Then a Trinity varsity coach came by and explained this was Moeller's B team. Trinity's freshman team has one game left at St. Xavier on 11/2.

I would think a referee would share their take on these topics. In Indiana, they run you off the field for too much eye black!

Trinity may not need offense to pass more effectively The defense is stout and the return of best offensive lineman will bolster running game. Games vs Southern, probable rematch with Ballard, and possibly facing Male, Douglass and St Xavier is not an overly formidable task. This is not a cake walk by any stretch of the imagination. This is most definitely feasible for the Rocks.

From my personal experience, the Green Wave concessions have an awesome burger. Cordial fans make the drive down more worthwhile for St. Xavier faithful.

I believe the enrollment at Eastern is the second largest in the state. They have many athletes roaming their halls according to folks inside the building. Playing football is simply not a popular choice at this institution.

Trinity led this one 34-0 after 3 quarters. The Rocks added two rushing touchdowns and ended the game with a pick 6. This game was more lopsided than expected as Eastern sent their freshman team to St. Matthews. The Eagles did not share this roster change until just before kickoff.

Upon further review, I stand corrected.

District 5 (Trinity, etc.) will play District 4 (Male, etc.) in the first two rounds and is included with the western 1/2 of the state in round three. District 6 (Ryle, etc.) and District 3 (Manual, etc.) are included with eastern 1/2 of state. Round three winners are seeded by RPI with four teams in your half of state. Round 4 is the four survivors(2 from east and 2 from west) seeded by RPI to decide who goes to Commonwealth Stadium in December.

Trinity led 3-0 at half. Stats were very even Ballard led the total yards 290-283. Trinity was balanced 134 passng and 149 rushing. Rocks now lead 55-6 all-time versus Bruins.

Per Trinity website, Rocks win 14-7 over Bruins. I could not attend. Does anyone have in person insight on this game? Thanks!

Trinity leads this series 54-6. I like the Rocks 35-7. This should be a running clock when the Bruins score late in the fourth quarter.

The Bombers of St. Xavier in Cincinnati. The Rocks dropped a 21-14 decision this past Saturday.

Until Manual can field a Freshman team, I find it difficult to believe they are serious contenders in 6A.

I find this much more accurate than RPI.

The Rocks scored 14 in each half and the defense gave a shut out effort in this matchup. The Trinity JV squad is 6-1 with two games remaining.

Head-to-head should probably be more heavily weighted in calculations. Round four matchups will be difficult to predict until regular season is concluded 11/1/24. The final four teams will be ranked by RPI only and their regions will not be considered.
