There is some potential there, like I have said though they are a VERRRRY young team with many starting sophomores and inexperienced players. They played with a fire and desire last night that they have not had all season. You could tell they were having fun for the first time ever- We will see if they can build on that and keep playing on that level?

This time last year there was plenty of talk on this game, but this year it is a different story. Both clubs were hit hard by graduation and have not had the level of success they hoped for-yet- But both still look to improve by playoff time. Both have shown the ability to score, so the edge to me goes to the team that can play slightly better defense than the other.

Central maybe down, but they are not out and certainly not finished as long as Scroggins is their coach. To me it is just as simple as a swing in talent. It wasn't that long ago that everyone was declaring them a "dynasty" and wondering if anyone could beat them. Right now, Belfry is enjoying a run of super-gifted talent but the law of averages says you will not always not always have those kind of luxuries. The common thread they both share is quality coaching that maximizes the athletes they have. Coaching will keep the program heading in the right direction even if the cupboard is a little lean.

No, he was out and was deeply missed. We lost that game at the LOS and he would have been a huge help.

I won't even touch the prediction, but heres to the young men still fighting thru the adversity. It has to be a lot harder to continue on thru all those issues than playing on a top team. My hat is off to you-
