FINAL (?): Scott County 25, Lafayette 20. Game has been called because Georgetown College facilities are not available tomorrow.

Hose job. That's one way to get a win. :(

Scott County's claiming a victory, Lafayette protesting. This could very well change by tomorrow.

Great win Scott County.

And this shows just how good Trinity is this year.

Scott County and Elder last week, Scott County and Lafayette tonight, and Lafayette and Trinity this season.

Way to win one half Scott county.

Booooooo

I haven't seen a tease like this since my college days

A 25-20 back and forth game at the Half and you call it? Get these boys a neutral field!

Yes this is shameful. Pathetic.

Wow.Move it to Lafayette or Henry Clay or anyplace. I thought both schools had to agree before a game could be called before it's over.

That's crazy, can't believe this wasn't moved to a neutral field.

From the Lafayette Generals Facebook page:

"According to our AD and the officials, It can't be called a "final" game if both teams do not agree on calling the game with an entire half left to play. Either the game will not count or it Will be rescheduled."

Reschedule this game and play it out smh

Totally confused. Why was the game called at the half? Weather? To get stadium ready for tomorrow? I am confused.

Because Scott County wanted a win, uh, I mean because Georgetown's stadium "isn't available" tomorrow.

Sounds like to me that Scott Co was scared? Who calls a game at 10:15 Pm on Friday night?

Lafayette is now claiming a 2-0 victory due to Scott Co. forfeiture. Interesting.
