Boyle County 49 Collins 30

Reese Smith can play. Tiller looks a lot more comfortable.

Would've been a really fun game if it wasn't for the delay.

I'm happy for Tiller. I want to see him succeed.

Still can't believe Reese is just a freshman. He does not play like one at all.

Boyle County gets the win and keeps improving. Next up is Lincoln County. Good job Rebels!

The Rebels beat a good undefeated 5A team that had 2 weeks to prepare for them.

They still have a lot of work to do on defense but that will happen in time with the talent they have. Collins was the type team that has given them the most trouble in the past with their spread out passing attack. They had put big scores on people their first 3 games, it is no disgrace to give up 30 to them. Boyle has a lot of offensive weapons of their own and will only get better. Great win. Should continue to see this improvement against Lincoln next week.

Glad to see Boyle putting some points on the board the last couple of weeks and it was good to see them establish the run. I think that has to be a misprint of Smith having 12 catches last night. I figured he had about half of that but maybe he had some of those catches during the lightning delay in the locker room, lol. Regardless it was another step forward for the Rebels.

Nice win for Boyle. The Rebels are starting to find their groove.

Collins is a really good offensive team.

Collins is a really bad defensive team.

Hal Mumme would be proud.

Reese Smith is emerging as the go to guy for Boyle.....on both sides of the ball.

Next up, Lincoln County.

I've always wondered why the stats on the radio and the game stats like you posted differ so much there's over a 100 YDS difference in the stats gave on the radio after the game and the stats you have for Boyle in total offense. Not saying who's right and who's wrong but there always seems to be a big difference in the numbers, it just puzzles me as to how two different people watching the same game come up with such different numbers.

I know a couple of time they called it a run and it was a pass. Lot of times they will give them the yard and we will not or the opposite. But the stats that we do is for the school.

That is some funny stuff

I stand behind my claim this is a block in the back. I think Mr. Referee may want to read the rule book

Boyle has 4 people on the sideline doing nothing but stats. I don't listen so I don't know how far they are off each week on the radio but they usually do a good job! I don't have a clue how they can keep up with the fast pace on some of these teams and still talk about the game at the same time on the radio.

Thanks for your answer they had Boyle with a little over a hundred yards more offense on the radio at the end of the game.
