Since Moeller beat Covcath so bad, every one of Moeller's players has to be better than every kid in NKy. It doesn't matter what the college coaches think guys, Moeller's players are better. Just look at the final.

It seems theres a lot of new threads about how great is Moeller, who could start at Moeller, etc.. rather than the real issue here. If Covcath is the best team in N Ky, then its a really weak year for NKY football. There hasn't been a Highlands team in 8 years that would get beat 39-0 by anyone in Ohio. Moeller must have called off the dogs too. I know Moeller is good, but I'm not seeing Covcath improved to the level that I have read from their fans on here.

Trinity wins by at least 3 Tds.

Bowling Green would go 5-5 playing Trinity's schedule. Bowling Green had exactly 0 state titles in 5A when Highlands was in 5A with them. I think the 5A titles will mysteriously end for Bowling Green when Highlands returns to 5A.

I was impressed with Bryan Stations ability to make big plays on 3rd and long. The QB was slippery.Highlands will take the W and move on.

They have an impressive streak. But zero wins against Highlands or Trinity during that streak. The streak started after those road blocks were removed. Could Bowling Green have beaten them too? Maybe some years, but no way they beat either of them in 2011.

It was said in jest. I certainly don't want to see anyone hurt on any team in any game.

I think it says more about Dixie.

Boyle wins 35-13. Danville misses an xp Commander 25.

I really enjoyed this game. Beechwood had chances. mt. healthy was big. I also liked the complex, but never enjoy finding parking around UC. We ate at a place called Martino's. Go there if you ever get a chance. Live keno, football on the big screen, and the largest stromboli you've ever seen.

Terrible. The sophomore class at Highlands needs to step it up and hit the weight room hard this winter.

I hope Covcath runs crossing patterns at Highlands. Although its scary when they have to call the paramedics.

Made a bad decision on which game to attend. It won't happen again! Although it was enjoyable watching the Ncc fans get upset.

Ncc needed the receiver back in the game who got hurt. I think it was #2 if i remember correctly. He seemed to be the receiving threat. I would've tried more times to get him some balls in open space if he was in there. Quick screens,slants. He wasn't big, but seemed elusive. Cooper has a chance for a long post season run in 5A if they limit offensive turnovers.

I'll never understand taking a regularly schedule Home game and calling it a showdown and charging a few more dollars so somebody can make a few bucks for themselves. Shame on all the schools who allow it to continue. Hey Bellevue-Dayton you want to call your game a showdown? We'll give you a bowl of Chili, but you have to charge your fans a few extra bucks a piece to line the promoters pocket. We'll even throw in an inflatable chili balloon in the corner of the stadium so you'll know its big time.

It sounds like Highlands had their chances and came away empty 3x. Another 3 tds and Highlands fans would be feeling better today. 44-16 could've, would've, should've. You have to execute.

Ncc may be playing in December. It would not surprise me if they made the finals again. However, I think they put the pads away with 6 losses. It might have been 7 had they played Ashland. Unless the line play gets a lot better, they will lose to Campbell Co, dixie, SK, Beechwood, and the finals. That's 6 total after the Cooper loss. I didn't see the fans as cocky myself. And I was sitting with a few of them.

Highlands up 23-0 in a quarter. What happened on offense the rest of the game to kill drives? Penalties, turnovers, play calling, good D, or just poor execution. i've heard all of the above.

I was in attendance at this game. Thought it would be a better game than Highlands Campbell. I picked the wrong game. I thought the difference in this game was line play. Ncc line has no push and got pushed around on both sides of the ball. Still think they'll be fine in AA ball.

Still not sure about either of these teams. I'll predict 21-13 Cooper.

The sign should only have state title years once you've won a title. District, regional, runner-up? No reason to celebrate years that ended in a loss.

When Ncc is 0-4, it will be easier to see why this game wasn't played.

The no Sunday thing is a cop out. That might be a rule, but it's not enforced countless times a year. Also every Catholic grade school in N. ky has basketball tournaments on Sundays. I've been stuck watching them instead of Nfl games. There's All A, 9th region, baseball and softball. C'mon Ncc.

Would it require some legwork for Ncc volunteers? Absolutely. Is it impossible? No. Ncc doesn't seem to want to make the effort to get the game played. Why is the question. I have my opinion as do Ashland fans.
