Cooper didnt look good and NewCath is still a question...... Smith for NewCath should be fully recovered from his stomach bug so I will take the Breds.

I like NCC, but they have not played effective against Cooper the last two years. They had the momentum both games and gave it up due to a lack of pass defense.

Pulling for Cooper but I think NewCath wins 27 to 20

Line play will again be the key for the game. I'm taking cooper by two touchdowns.

Seems we have a lot of NCC fans here. I'm one too, but I'm taking Cooper.

Cooper held Ryle to 3 points. Unless NCC defense pitches a shutout, and I don't think they will, Cooper wins. Last year NCC had a lead until Cooper found one hole in the defense and then exploited it about 23 times. But that's why NCC plays a large school as it is better to have that come out now instead of in the playoffs.

 

I guess field conditions could be a factor if it rains any this week. Might make for a low scoring game. If it is a fast track might be more offense but I still would take Cooper.

2 years ago they only scrimmaged and Cooper controlled that scrimmage with ease. Now last year NewCath had Cooper on the ropes in the first half. I expect a great game between two pretty even teams. Difference will be Cooper's O putting some long drives together and Cooper's DLine shutting down NCC running attack.

I'd say so. Cooper shut down the NCC run game last year and their defense is better this year IMO.
