Has NCC or St Henry ever won the regular 9th region tournament in softball?

Don't you get rewarded in the big school tournament with a trophy when you win the district and the regional before going to the state? Aren't these segments of the overall state tournament? Seems like the same thing with the All A except there is no district segment.

I can't imagine NKU canceling the games tonight and losing out on the potential revenue, unless it is one of the high school's decision. I hope they play tonight and assume the roads will be fine for traveling by this afternoon, if not already.
