Are you sure this isn't a golf scholarship rather than basketball? Just wondering.

D1 basketball schollies are full. I don't think that's true for golf schollies.

Good luck to Drew at NKU!

Due to the fact that Coach Bezold has had the offer on the table for quite some time, I would not be going out on a limb to say YES it is for basketball. :idunno: Most wouldn't have even thought of it as golf committment after the summer this young man had on the basketball floor. Not sure I would have brought it up on this thread, maybe a golf thread, but that's just my opinion.

As for NKU, they are getting a very good basketball player whose athletic ability, knowledge of the game, passion for the game is off the charts!! Not to mention a VERY good student. No one has worked harder for this than Drew has over the past 3 years and this is well deserved reward!!

Congrats to Drew and his family!!

Following in his Mom's footsteps and playing BBall for the Norse. Congrats to Drew. Drew and Jake together again.
