Had the opportunity to see the Greyhounds in Carrollton, KY last night. I honestly believe this team is better than last year’s team! I expect to see the Greyhounds late in November!

I think many have misread this group. I got the chance to see them at EKU and they had a lot of speed and talent. This group could be dangerous. I am not sure what they have for linemen but skill groups are not short on talent.

Gallatin is getting turf I believe.

I imagine they will hold the pools until Saturday to avoid the potential of teams dropping.

I expect to see another late run from this team.

Considering Sayre embarrassed Bethlehem last year I am surprised by that ranking. Station in 6A has loaded up I think they will finish much higher. I could be wrong.

This schedule is a tough one. Coach Chandler appears to have numbers on the rise and they are working. This will be a year to establish culture. I believe we will see a very different team after playing this schedule in 25/26.

There were a lot of people on this site that were surprised to see them still playing as late as they were last season. I am sure some may still feel the same due to the schedule.

A couple of test early on but I expect to see the flyers in a final 4 contest if the stars align.

Sleeper team in 1A. There is another chance for a big run! This program continues to grow under great leadership!

I think this team is still some years away from recovery. Along with a realignment that doesn't place them in a district with CAL.

I think Coach Burns is the right guy for this job, and he is walking into a golden situation. I expect this team to operate a lot differently and win the district in year 1.

I think Anderson wins the 8th, and it's not even close. These girls play with a pace that is just a different gear.

Can we expect an announcement!?

I don’t disagree with you and know there are adults trying to talk some sense into the kids. I will say that most of this process and the exit of the last coach were not done properly. They were given no reason for fire so the kids are acting emotionally without any information! Many of the adults are too!

There is a strength and conditioning coordinator for the district that tried opening the weight room. He does not have a relationship with any of the athletes. As I said previously the word on rocket lane is that many are either leaving or refusing to play. I guess we will see what happens once the hire is made.

My source says that it is a full-time position. I was also told that the girl's basketball coach had some legal issues and was relieved of duties, as well as the assistant coach. I believe the AD has a background in basketball, and SHE has played before and stepped in to assist with the role. I am unsure of any other details at this time.

No staff members were retained. The AD is currently coaching girls bball.

Definitely sad considering this is a target period for college coaches to visit. You have a kid returning who is an 1800 yard rusher among some other good talents and no one to advocate for them or represent them in the building. It would seem the administration doesn’t understand how this is affecting kids.

A month since the job closed. I have been told no candidates have been contacted, and a few have removed their names.
