Final from Falmouth After a slow start in the 1st, the Wildcats picked up the intensity, causing several turnovers in a 26-2 2nd quarter, putting the game in hand before halftime. Every player logged several minutes and all dented the scoring column, led by Kam O’Hara’s 11 points, including 3 dunks. Owen Kennedy paced the Demons with 8. Pendleton County (6-5) will host Scott on Friday night. Williamstown (0-10) travels to Mt. Olivet to take on a winless Robertson County squad in a “something’s gotta give” battle. Kudos to the visiting Demons, who never stopped battling the entire game. Coach Jump has no seniors and only 1 junior, so better days are ahead. As good as Pendleton Co played in Pikeville, they played equally as bad in Campbellsville. They have a "get right" game with Williamstown before a stretch that includes 3 district seeding games, and 2 each against 37th and 40th District foes.

6-9 you can put in a hat and draw for order, IMO. I'm probably a tad biased, but feel Pendleton should be ahead of Mason. Unsure about Bourbon, yet. Cats are starting to play some really unselfish ball. If they can put 4 in double figures every night like they have been...look out.

Final from Falmouth Wildcats raced out to a quick lead, but the Tigers kept it close with 8 first half 3's and it was just a 34-30 game at the break. Pendleton turns up the pressure in the 3rd and pushed the gap out to 14 (60-46), and it never was closer than that the rest of the way. Hunter Keeton leads the way with 27 points for Pendleton County. Dawson Nichols puts up 18 to join him in double digits. Cats played some very unselfish basketball tonight! Arion Stuckey lead Bellevue with 12. Very solid player, Pendleton 20...14....26...18.....78 Bellevue 17...13...16...9.....56 Pendleton takes a few days off before traveling to the Pikeville Invitational to face Hazard. Bellevue is off until the 28th when they'll host Williamstown in the Swauger Classic.

Both teams scorched the nets from behind the arc in the 1st half hitting 8 threes apiece. Wildcats lead 38-33 at the break. The 2nd half was a little more physical and Beechwood's size advantage paid dividends. Neither team could find their range from the perimeter after the break (BW 1-9, PC 0-9). Dylan Topmiller led Beechwood (4-0) with 19. Jazi Grayson paced the Wildcats (1-2) with 13. Pendleton County back in action here tonight at home vs. the other "Tigers" in NKY (Bellevue). Looking forward to a pair of NKY Tigers visiting us at Pendleton this week. Beechwood (tonight, V only 6pm) and Bellevue (tomorrow) will be a good test to see exactly where we stand. both games stream for free on the school's You Tube Channel.

With the Fieldhouse and 2 high-quality (GRC, Moco) venues in the 40th now, and another on the way at Harrison Co, I don't see it not being on a rotation.
