For the record BIG Ballin I am pulling for MS. I think Coach Clark is the right man for the job and is pointing the program in the right direction. Just think they need to keep this win in perspective. Need a signature win against a more equal opponent to say they have arrived. Lynn Camp is usually a tough 1A team, but Coach Mitchell has not had the players he usually does but his players are well coached and his kids give all they have, therefore, MS should be pleased with the win but not be satisfied with it or think they have put it all together yet. Not that you are implying that. Good win for you guys go and get some more. I am a supporter. Bottom line any win is a good win!

Congrats on the win, but I don't think beating a mediocre 1A team is all that. Coach Mitchell is a good coach and has had better teams. It goes to show the heart and determination and how well coached Lynn Camp is that they even competed with a 5A school. I think Mad. Southern needs to accomplish more before you can say they have learned to come together and compete. JMO. Certainly a win is a win, and they should be happy but they need to keep it in perspective. Stay even keel when you win and when you lose.

A win no matter what the margin of victory is should not be disappointing HoP. Knott Co. is probably thinking the same about McCreary. Don't you think your boys will feel bad if they win and let you down because they did not win by 50 plus? Maybe kids will get rotated in for playing time if you get up. MCHS is in no position to think they have a cake walk Friday. Need to take it very serious. Need to come out of Knott Co. with a win. Best luck to you coach.

We did not help ourselves that is true. As time goes on I know those things will be corrected. I still think we will have a good season. Just have to keep our heads up and focus on the little things and fundamentals, ex. ball control.

Maybe not wrong but lacking in bed side manner at times

Most people were under the impression Coach Stephens did not leave under the best of circumstances. Many people specualted it is because he was not getting the support he needed. Anytime a Coach leaves a program he has been a part of for a long time it is reasonable to assume their were some issues going on. Glad to hear that is not the case.

This game does not mean much. Looks like it was a schedule filler. Why it was a schedule filler who knows.

I agree with you observations Blazer. The Varsity speed of the game I think is something the younger kids will get used to. They seemed a step behind all night. Think the OL needs somemore work. I do think the Col. will get better. Stalling the Red Zone is a youth issue IMO. Coach Black will get the boys going in the right direction.

BoS. I see you are passionate. I think you are taking some CELL's comments a little personal. I am a WC fan they lost 30-0. They got their tails kicked but that does not mean I don't love and support the kids or coaches. Just stating what I see. JMO.

BTW Corbin is 0-2. I would not count out Wayne or Casey for number 2. Corbin better not.
