I would like to know one thing, who makes the decisions on who gets the player of the game award. I sure hope it's not the coaches because who ever it was did Travis Purvis an injustice tonight in the final game. Purvis was the person who deserved that award tonight, hands down.

Usually the highest scores is the player that get's fed the ball and takes the most shots. Example in last nights game , Rogers took 18 shots, Zollo took 9 shots and Stenzel took 7 shots. He should be the leading scorer.

How tall is Setty? Seen where he was listed at 6'9''. Is that true. I think Clark's tallest is 6'8".

I hope you're right and I do wish the best for Daniels and I wish the best for all the Clark Co boys. It takes all type of players to be successful, ball handlers, passers , scorers ,rebounders, defensive players. We sometimes overlook at the things that make things happen and work for a team and only look at who scores the most points. In the last three games ,Clark Co has had 3 different leading scorers. Clark has four boys capable of scoring 20 or more points a game. I don't think I would rate one over another without looking at all phases of the game. Don't base everything on points. Thats what they do at the YMCA.

I have seen Mason Co play a lot of games in the past years and have followed this group of kids. I think Setty, Black, and Pawsat all are fine ball players but have always believed and said that Gilbert is the glue that holds that team together. He's a fine ball player , he can play defense, make that pass and can shoot and make good decisions.

I thought this was probably the best overall game this year. They moved the ball and played together better than they have all year. Best ball movement I've seen in the last four years. Daniels had a super offensive game. Vinny really played well on defense and rebounding. I thought the Stenzel brothers did a super job getting the ball up the floor against a good press , made some great passes and they both played great defense. Purvis hit some big baskets. I thought the subs came in and played well. Just a good overall effort by all. I hope that teamwork continues.

You're right, No matter what kind of year the two schools are having , playing at Montgomery Co is always a tough game and it would have been tough even if Rogers had been there. Montgomery has a well coached team.

Prewitt and Handshoe are both fine ball players. They will just get better.

Clark and Mason may not meet in the regional tournament.

I agree, Montgomery Co was more ready to play than Clark.

After this year ,those schools may be competitive with Mason Co.

Seed the districts to make a better regional tournament and leave the state tournament as it is.

I sure was wrong on this game.
