Read in the paper this morning where he signed a letter of intent to play football at Georgetown College. I'm glad for him and his family.

Neal is a competitor and a great kid with wonderful parents. I always enjoy talking to and being around them.

I know what you're saying but you know and I know that people get on here to promote their own. If he's the best in the 10 th, that will be fine when voted on by the coaches in the 10th. Personal opinions don't impress me much. That was my point. As far as numbers are concerned, the one who usually puts up the most , gets the most.

Very sad for for all those who were associated or knew Mike Murphy. I've known Murph since he was a kid and really enjoyed being around him. He was a fixture to the athletic program at Mason Co .He did it all for their sports program and as others have said ,can not be replaced. As I said in another forum, He was a guy you had to love. My family loved him and will surely miss him.

Very sad day for the boys, the coaches and everyone concerned. Murph was a very special person to everyone who ever knew him. You had to love that guy.

About all the qoutes on here that said Mason Co was bad and didn't have a chance were written by their own people. Go back and check them out.

The ball was not lost with a full court press but turned over on the offensive end. I enjoyed the picture in the Maysville paper where Treg was driving against Vinny. He was dribbling and notice where the ball is. Had to be a carry. That's just one example caught on film.

If you noticed, they covered Rogers in the second half. Every time he got the ball ,the defense would fall in around him and made it very hard for him to shoot and score. I'm sure Coach Ohearn make that adjustment at half time .That is what coaches are for, to adjust to various situations.

I love all this stuff we post on here. It reminds me of when I was in grade school and some kids would say, " I BET MY DADDY CAN WHIP YOUR DADDY."

Again, Clark Co and Mason Co may not play in the regional tournament, you never know what's going to happen in a hi school basketball game. I think Montgomery, Campbell and Scott may be able to hang in there with anyone. I only wish the regional games were played on a netural site. It's just not fair. I really do believe that if last nights game was played at Clark Co that it would have been a 20 point + win.

Score tonight was Clark Co 73-Mason Co 60 and the game is over. Maybe next but not this time, OK.
