  1. The PT speed should translate into PT points. PT 42-7!
  2. The Cards by 2 to 3 TD's, Graves should be pretty good.
  3. I too wish for a renewal of Mayfield and Senior. I laser recall playing Senior at Rash in the early 2000’s.
  4. Went to the scrimmage last night and left fairly pleased. The Cards D really impressed me. The offense passing game seems ahead of schedule but our running game struggled but we were down 2 staring linemen and what should prove to be one of the states premier backs. The Cards punter was off the charts with his punts. Looked like a college punter. Overall, I felt the Cards looked to be the best of the 3 teams followed by Owensboro and C Hardin. All 3 had their plus and minus moments.
  5. It was made by the fan who placed his name in the bottom right corner, D. J. Paul. Paul makes Cardinal images on FB all the time and is not associated with the school.
  6. Go to Red Helmet Video on Youtube, watch him vs. Mayfield and you can draw your own conclusions.
  7. Have to take up this in another thread but I think he one of the best QB's I've seen in a long time. He scares me to death.
  8. LCA and 'MAHOMES' ? got a warm Cardinal welcome when they visited War Memorial last year.
  9. The kid is one of the best high school QB's I have seen in a while.
  10. Mayfield is a likely candidate to win a long overdue title in 23. That said though, many a trophy has landed elsewhere. I would rather be lucky than good any day when a title is involved but I do like our chances.
  11. Prior to the 2 recent wins over Mayfield it has been over 20 years since besting the Cards. That said, I too think there is talent at Murray but the program has seemed to accept being happy with being 2nd. I see potential but its untapped at this time.
  12. This could be a nice job and would be a great job if not for having Mayfield in the same district. One of the nicer towns in the state with a massive lake in your back door.
  13. It would be easier to travel in the playoffs than do home and home games with Johnson. I hope its at a neutral site and even then its to far. I guess this is a RPI decision for Mayfield.
  14. And I got her to home waters Tuesday!!! ??️⚓, nautical life is good! Not sure how I got dragged into this though!
  15. Congrats to Coach Rash on a great career!
  16. Morris Family, Jack, son Joe and his other son David.
  17. Cartwright returns from this past year so no change there.
  18. Biggers, the leading receiver and rusher for Murray, enrolled at Christmas at Mayfield. He brings immediate help to the Cards cause at both receiver and DB. The Cards should be in the top few this coming year.
  19. If anybody can it would be the Tigers. Mayfield should be right on the Tigers heels with the Cards returning alot plus Biggers from Murray has come back home and now is enrolled at Mayfield. LCA and that QB should also be in the conversation.
  20. Congrats Beechwood! I am sad beyond words for my Cards and will let the agony of defeat burn off for a few days.
  21. Same on this side, I have attended every one of ours starting as a small boy.
  22. Cards by 7, historically the Cards have BW's number in these to close to call games. If we don't win it, I am glad it will be the Wood that does. Morris had a clip on the local NBC channel this morning and he talked about the similarities the two school share in terms of tradition and excellence.
