Joe -> Marty & Crad -> Josh (Marty's son).

Morris Family, Jack, son Joe and his other son David.  

Roy Lucas Sr (Greenup County, Lloyd, Newport, ect) and sons Roy Lucas Jr (Simon Kenton) and Jerry Lucas (Collins).

Although, I'm not sure if Randy was ever a head coach, and one was not a blood relative, but for discussion sake:
