oh, just to have some outfielders who could consistently hit .275 -
Track the NL Central Champion Reds (Week 4) Part 2

Rolens bat is looking real slow. He can't catch up to good fastballs any more. -
Track the NL Central Champion Reds (Week 4)
brewcrew replied to HammerTime's topic in Major League Baseball (MLB)
He's had 1 good season ( i know ,he's been hurt). He's young, but he just walks too many hitters. I'd have no problem sending him down if he continues to struggle. No player should be above team success. -

This is why a lot of young kids want to go pro early. Hummell will lose millions if the knee is never right again.

Lexington Christian Academy 38 Raceland 26

Maybe these 2 can still play each other each year since Greenup won't play Raceland. -
Does Raceland Benefit the most.........................

Can be to Pikeville in 2 hours. -
The usual. 0,1, or 2 playoff wins.

Track the Reds (Playoff Edition, Round 2)

I'd like to see Nix in the lineup in game #2 instead of Gomes. -
Can't believe Wood is not in rotation.

When is Fairview Going to Schedule Someone?
brewcrew replied to Ram's topic in KY Football (High School)
So, what. They'll lose early in the playoffs just like Raceland will. The only difference will be that they will probably win at least 8 games for the season. Everyone says playing Ashland helps Raceland for playoffs, how? It's a loss early in the season , nothing more. Maybe Raceland should schedule more 1A teams and build up confidence. -
Reds or Cardinals... Who's Better?
brewcrew replied to the mathemagician's topic in Major League Baseball (MLB)
The reds outfielders need to start hitting better. They all strike out too much and really don't hit with enough power. There's only 2 hitters (Votto,Rolen) who I have faith in to deliver in crunch time. -

Nothing to do with the Brewers, I'm a reds fan forever. -

It's time that the Reds look for a bat. I love our team, but we are getting little from Bruce,Stubbs, and Cabrara. A .250 average is not going to cut it. And Bruce has 1 RBI this month. -
Dale who? Who cares, he's a dad of a very very good basketball player. Hope Ferg gets on somewhere.

Lebron James signs with the Miami Heat!
brewcrew replied to TrueBlueWildcat's topic in National Basketball Association (NBA)
The NBA will follow MLB in that the gap between the haves and have nots will grow. A few teams will have all the great players, while others will fill their rosters with what is left. Every now and then a small market team will do well, but like the Yankees in baseball, the big markets will dominate. -
Lebron James signs with the Miami Heat!

All the NBa has to do is allow teams to keep players by matching any offer. If your exsisting team matches, you can't leave. This would keep players from joining together and forming all star teams. -

Lebron makes so much in endorsements,it doesn't hurt him to take less in salary to go to Miami. -
Wrong. Morgan County is smaller than Russell and they did not play in it. Go to KHSAA enrollment site. Russell is not 1 of the smallest 125 schools. If someone declines, the ALL A will keep going up the ladder until it fills the spots. It's all about money. Thats why it's expanded to bigger schools if some of the smaller ones don't play in it.
