Raceland drops to 1-3 on the season and were led in scoring by T. Farley (18) and C. Barker (12) in the Rams first loss to Russell since the 06-07 season.

Raceland made a late 4th qtr. run but could pull no closer than 4 points. Congrats to Russell on the win. I weould had listed Russells leading scorers but I did not hear them on the radio recap. I know that they stated Stapleton had a big 1st half.

Both teams will be in the Raceland Derby Classic coming up later in the week.

Great game by Russell's Justin Davidson, we had no one in the middle wh could match his strength, size, and athletism. Raceland has a young team, but they are going to have to find some players to score and help on the boards.

Congratulations to Russell and Coach Kidwell. I'll shout out to Nathan Taylor! I know the points don't always show it but I thought he brought a calming effect to the other players when he was on the floor. Senior leadership is very important when your team is so young overall.

Congrats to Coach Kidwell and the Devils on a road district win.

Young compared to me maybe. They have 5 seniors who have played alot of minutes since last year. I agree about Nate however.

Raceland turned the ball over way too much. Had to be close to 20.
