East Carter comes into Ram Stadium this Friday night for a big EKC matchup. Raceland is in a three game losing streak and is coming off a loss in their home opener. What are everyones thoughts and prediction for this one?

Still gonna support the RAMS! And they CAN win this game if they come out to play.

 

Heres a stat for you RAMS. Raceland has not beat East Carter at home since 2002! Thats 6 years withouth a home victory against the Raiders on your home field!

RAMS we lost two games on two plays in the last two minutes. This game play till the END and you will come out on top. Play like a :madman::taz:.. Oh, by the way have fun doing it.

I know a former Raceland QB that was really interested in joining the coaching staff and working with the ram's quarterbacks this season. Not taking anything away from Coach Vanderhoof because IMO he does an excellent job with the ram's offense and the quarterbacks. But I think the two junior QB's could have really learned alot from someone that has in-game experience not only at the high school level but at the college level as well. According to some of the Raceland school officials the school said they didnt have the "funds" to bring in another coach. IMO it would be worth throwing together a few dollars to bring in a former all-state and record holding QB to help out. I think Farley does alot of things well and has alot of talent but I really do think he would benefit from having a personal QB coach. Some aspects about playing the position are hard to grasp unless you were actually under center, and the experience would rub off on the Rams qb's. Once again not taking anything away from the Rams coaching staff but I know that the added experience would be a great asset to the current and future Raceland QBs.

I absolutely agree. Anytime you can bring someone who was college level talent to work with the boys is great! I had this conversation with several others yesterday. Raceland is struggling on the offensive side of the ball this year. In every single category, there were a few times Friday were Bobby Mckee didn't even have a defender across from him in the slot position. Same goes with Loren Huffman. Nothing was down about it, no adjustments at halftime.

And before the comments come up about last year. I felt the same way about this then as well. But honestly they could've announced over the PA who was getting the ball and where. And you still would've seen a touchdown or a first down. That's simply because the personnel, talent, and size was there.

But I have faith and think things are going to turnaround. Changes will be made this week after the tough loss to Greenup. Let's hope I'm right!

I hope the Rams can re-group and get things on track. They have to potential, they just have to put it to use.
