Please coach not now, where did you find playoff brackets and scores???

Final week of regular season games for the NKMSAA and their playoffs start next weekend. Does anyone anywhere have any idea of how to find scores and or standings for any sport in the NKMSAA?

Why would the AAU even need to care what grade a player is in if they only went by age. The AAU has no busines in education, so why would they care? Then if you went to the 13U nationals you would be playing 13 year olds(maybe).

Where we started is the KHSAA is acomidating students that have FAILED up to 2 years to participate in sports. The loss of eligability will easily be dealt with by FAILING them in earlier years. At our school the normal age for entering 7th grade in September is 12, 8th grade is 13. Of the 60 plus kids on the 7&8th grade football team I'm 99% sure their were no 15 year olds, and on our 7th grade basketball team I'm 100% sure their were no 14yr olds playing. That 7th grade team (if failed 1 year) would have been eligible to (by current KHSAA rules) play 6th gade ball and probably win every tournement in the state. WOW!! How many 15 year olds do you have on your football team?

There could be a 15u, but not many of those kids would be in the 8th grade. Most 15 year olds are freshmen or sophmores. So I guess they could let freshmen and sophmores play 15u as long as they are not 16 before Aug. 31st.

Play 12u, 13u, and 14u in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades and let every kid play. Holdback or not it levels the playing field for everyone in every sport. 15 year old 8th graders should be playing freshman sports if they realy want to be improving their game, not smacking around 12 and 13 old kids that didn't FAIL.

The middle school teams are struggling, and I hope that Lickert had nothing to do with it.

I realy hope that you are wrong about Coach Lickert focusing any attention to the middle school programs.

The players are not the problem with CCMS, and Freshman teems.

Does anyone have stats on rebounds, and blocked shots they could share. NCC's frontcourt did a great job protecting the paint, and limiting CC's shots.

If you can explain how else the record could have been broken, then I think it might be fair to make that statement. Other words, I think you are saying that the record is a dishoner. Granted that I don't know the whole history of JJ, and J. Central there might have been some games where they could have taken their foot off the gas. If Matney was at Highlands this year, how many single season records could they have?

NCC moved Groh to ctr at the end of the McNic game after Thacker got injured, and Brooks & the QB couldn't get their snaps down. Groh got hurt in the Holmes game I think, and Brooks came in and has been doing a fine job. Nick Groh is still nursing his ankle, Evan Morse is still not 100% since his knee injury from last years Beechwood game. #79 Lenz was injured in last weeks Holy Cross game.There was an end out at the Lloyd game Anost that I'm not sure about.

I say no NEVER let him play if he is not 100%. No game is important enough to risk a life-long injury!

NCC is pretty banged up as well. The loss of Thacker on both sides of the ball was hugh, and now they are down to their third team center. At least two other linemen are nursing injuries, but still playing. Collopy, and Hayes are both playing hurt, as is Hightchew, playing with a bad ankle, and a busted up throwing elbow. It's going to be a tough weekend for the Breds, trying to catch Volke, and Nussbalm!
